Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App or related services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater, unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, notify users through the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insights2Life, LLC regarding your use of the App.
